TEACHER - Pre-K Counts (school year)

We are looking for caring individuals who have a passion for helping children learn and grow and making a difference in the lives of children and families everyday. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Required per state regulations:  BA/BS in early childhood education (ECE) with ECE teaching certification. Preferred Additional Qualifications: 2 or more years’ experience in ECE programs and have supervisory experience.

Must have an interest in child development, a flexible personality, the ability to work independently, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus enjoy variety in daily work routines.

RESPONSIBILITIES: In a school-based early childhood classroom, the Pre-K Counts teacher is responsible for managing all aspects of services planning, coordination, recordkeeping, problem solving, and communication to ensure delivery of a quality early childhood education program in compliance with all applicable regulations for enrolled children and families.

LOCATION:
SNYDER COUNTY

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday. (Based on the school-year calendar.) Starting wage is $44,019.
