ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Business, or Related Field.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Business, or Related Field.
• Supervisory Experience
• Experience with selection, recruitment, enrollment of children in early childhood education programs

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• A strong belief in the value of early childhood education and home visiting programs
• Effective communication skills, both expressive and receptive
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to form trusting relationships
• Experience and/or willingness to work with the culturally diverse populations that are present among the
program’s target population

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attain and maintain detailed knowledge of rules, regulations, requirements, and procedures related to child and family program eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance, and financial supports and subsidies.
  • Provide input and solutions to maintain the agency’s Eligibility systems, policies, and procedures, as per respective program regulations.
  • Oversee and coordinate selection and enrollment of children across all services to meet agency established enrollment outcomes and requirements, ensuring coordination with education and early childhood services coordinators and directors.
  • Review and analyze enrollment, attendance, payment, and related data to ensure timely and full enrollment compliant with PA childcare licensing, federal Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards, Child Care Works, other grantor requirements, and agency policies/procedures.
  • Monitor eligibility and enrollment criteria, data systems, and enrollment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, grantor, and agency requirements, including determination of eligibility and selection criteria.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports including but not limited to enrollment and waitlists.
  • Be knowledgeable of enrollment regulations for all programs.
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team and effectively supervise enrollment specialists and enrollment supervisor.
  • Assist with outreach and recruitment events and tasks when necessary.

LOCATION:
Mifflinburg, PA

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours/week, 260 days/year, 8 hours/day), Monday – Friday, salary is $52,600.
