QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in construction trades and a high school diploma or GED. Valid PA driver’s license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Full time position working for a large non-profit agency, in a positive family friendly environment. Must have the ability to plan, organize, and carry out the maintenance, repairs and minor new construction (as needed) at Snyder and Union County sites, as assigned. Solid general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and repair/maintenance procedures required, plus demonstrated ability to work independently. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing with occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

LOCATION:
Snyder & Union Counties, office located in Mifflinburg, PA

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours/week, 260 days/year, 8 hours/day), Monday – Friday, $16.81 per hour.
