SUMMIT is looking for a service oriented individual to facilitate relationships among the home, the centers/classrooms, community agencies and resources, and the staff to ensure compliance with respective rules and regulations, including but not limited to Head Start performance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Family Engagement Team, the Family Engagement Supervisor assists with planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the Head Start & Early Head Start family engagement systems, by supervising family support staff, assisting with the enrollment transition and family orientation process, assisting with planning and training for staff and parents, and conducting other monitoring and support responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Required: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least 2 years experience, or an Associate degree and at least 3 years experience providing services to low-income families
Preferred: Supervisory experience

LOCATION:
Mifflinburg, PA
(serving Snyder and Union Counties)

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day), Monday – Friday, $19.70 per hour
