QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency is required; two years of experience working with children is highly preferred; must have an interest in child development and a flexible personality, as well as enjoy variety in your daily work routines.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The assistant teacher, supported by an experienced team, provides a nurturing and supportive environment that meets the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of enrolled infants.

LEWISBURG CHILDREN’S CENTER: 205 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday, $14.00 – $14.74 per hour

Rate of Pay: based on education/experience
     HS Diploma/GED no experience: $14.00/hour
     HS Diploma/GED plus two years’ experience: $14.27 /hour
     CDA: $14.56/hour
     Associate Degree or higher: $14.74/hour
