AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL (ACH): Tuition will be withdrawn at the beginning of each week. You may use a debit or credit card or have the withdrawal made from a checking or savings account.

ELRC funded families may pay WEEKLY by CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH, or CARD. 

PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Payments by check or money order are accepted at the SUMMIT Early Learning Children’s Centers in Mifflinburg, Lewisburg, Lewistown, or Selinsgrove.

PAY BY CASH: Cash payments are only accepted at the SUMMIT Early Learning Lewisburg or Lewistown Children’s Centers.

PAY ONLINE: Payments by card can be made at www.myprocare.com.  There is a 3% processing fee added to all card payments.

REMINDERS:

We offer 3 different CSD options.

• All Inclusive Tuition is charged for all contracted days regardless of attendance, holidays, vacations, etc.   
• Before & After School Tuition is charged on all contracted days that school is open. If a weather or other emergency closure happens, your tuition will be adjusted and reflected in the next payment due.
• Good Morning & Good Afternoon Tuition (offered at select sites) is charged the week following for the days your child attended.

Statements are available as needed (for dependent care plans, etc.). Please contact Natalie or Lorie to request a statement. You may also view your account online at any time at www.myprocare.com.

If you receive funding from the ELRC, please remember that SUMMIT is required to follow the ELRC’s regulations for collecting co-pays, reporting absences, etc. Please make sure you understand their policies – and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
