PAYING IN FULL: A 10% discount is offered if camp tuition is paid in full by May 2nd. Our fiscal staff will reach out in April with a total amount due by the deadline.

AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL (ACH): Tuition will be withdrawn at the beginning of each week for the camp days contracted that week. You may use a debit or credit card or have the withdrawal made from a checking or savings account.

ELRC funded families may pay WEEKLY by CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH, or CARD. 

PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Payments by check or money order are accepted at the SUMMIT Early Learning Children’s Centers in Mifflinburg, Lewisburg, Lewistown, or Selinsgrove.

PAY BY CASH: Cash payments are only accepted at the SUMMIT Early Learning Lewisburg or Lewistown Children’s Centers.

PAY ONLINE: Payments by card can be made at www.myprocare.com.  There is a 3% processing fee added to all card payments.

REMINDERS:

Camp is closed on July 4th; however we do charge for that day regardless of the days contracted that week.

Statements are available as needed (for dependent care plans, etc.). Please contact Natalie or Lorie to request a statement. You may also view your account online at any time at www.myprocare.com.

Tuition for any camp days added during the summer will be charged as soon as our fiscal staff is notified of the additional day(s). If camp tuition was paid in full, please contact Natalie or Lorie regarding payment.

If you receive funding from the ELRC, please remember that SUMMIT is required to follow the ELRC’s regulations for collecting co-pays, reporting absences, etc. Please make sure you understand their policies – and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
